At Aroma Sculpt, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered promptly and safely. Below is an overview of our shipping policies:

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Exceptions: Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Carrier: We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, a reliable service that includes tracking.

  • Packaging: Products are securely packaged in padded envelopes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.

    • No free shipping is currently offered, but we are exploring the possibility of free shipping on larger orders.

Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states).

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated Delivery: USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after your order has shipped.

  • Tracking: Every order includes tracking information, which is emailed to you once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays or lost packages may occur. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Allow Extra Time – While most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, please allow up to 7 business days before taking action.

2️⃣ Check Your Delivery Address – Ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address was entered, we cannot reship the package without an additional shipping charge.

3️⃣ Contact Aroma Sculpt Support – If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please reach out to us at support@aromasculpt.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

4️⃣ Lost Package Policy – Since USPS First Class shipping does not include tracking or insurance, Aroma Sculpt is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. However, we will assess each situation individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delivery issues.

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

  • Military Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS services.
